Will the recording be available if I cannot attend live?

This is a live workshop where everyone needs to feel comfortable participating openly. This means that the recording will only be available to those who attended and will never be posted anywhere. If you cannot attend on this date, please reach out at [email protected], so I can set up a future workshop date.

I paid for the workshop, but at the last minute I wasn't able to attend. Will I get a refund?

If you cannot attend last minute, you will be given a credit towards a future workshop.

How do I sign up for my free, 60-minute consultation?

At the end of the workshop, you will receive a link to schedule your free consultation. You can use this time for anything that meets your needs including questions about academic intervention, Precision Teaching, how I started or run my tutoring business, etc.

What if I am feeling nervous about participating during workshop?

I will present the reading lesson and participants will respond all together just like my learners do. Then, after I demonstrate the fluency timings procedure, participants will break into pairs to practice a few timings together for vowel sounds, word parts, and multisyllable words. If anyone would like to discuss any of these activities and ways of participating that would make you more comfortable, please email me [email protected].

My mission is to ensure an effective education for all students. I started out my career as a frustrated and overwhelmed public school special education teacher. For the past 6 years, I have had a private practice where I combine Precision Teaching, Direct and Explicit Instruction, and curriculum-based measurement to get accelerated skill growth for all kinds of learners who don't have any time waste in closing skill gaps to reach their goals.
